hi I play the piano and im having trouble with a few fingers. I was playing football over newyears and sprained the middle finger of my left hand. The last joint was affected it was bent to the left slightly and that night the finger swelled up to nearly half its size. The finger healed almost completely in about a month and I was playing fine even though it was still bent. I decided(bad idea) to try and bent it around and pull on it to see if it wouldnt bend back into place. With my right hand i flexed the last joint of the left hand and put a lot of pressure on the finger to try and bend it back. After doing this when I tried to play piano the finger felt really weak and barely able to push the keys. I can move it up and down okay but it seems shake a little and doesnt have a lot of strength. There is no pain. My question is when forcefully trying to bend my finger could I have damaged the nerves/tendons/muscles in a way that it would cause this? I would appreciate any help if you can as this is my livelyhood
