Q: Premature Ejaculation

Hi guys, here's my story
I'm 19 year-old n I started masturbating at 14, I couldn't ejaculate at that time. I lasted about 15 mn. at 16 I stopped masturbating for a year. when I restarted, I had more endurance than ever(about 10 mn longer). 2 years ago, I started having a PE until now. It bothers me and I avoid having sex because of that. Now I've stopped for 1 month nowand if possible for ever.
Can you tell me what's going on with me please.
