General Q&A Answer A2873
It seems that you've been diagnosed with scoliosis. Scoliosis indicates an abnormal curvature of the vertebral column. The thoracic spine is the part of the spinal column that spans your chest (from your shoulder to the bottom of your ribs). Dextroscoliosis, thus, means that this abnormal curvature is to the right. Further, elevated white blood cells are usually a sign of some process such as infections (bacterial, hepatitis, parasites, fungal disease), acute inflammatory states ( auto-imune), etc. You might consult an orthopedic specialist for follow up, or you might seek a referral to a physical therapist to treat the scoliosis.
