Q: Recent Head Truma -> Tender Left Side of Skull , Spinning

Hello,

Three weeks ago, I was assaulted. I was hit in the mouth while not looking, and hit the ground face first with my forehead. I was unconscious for a short period of time.

I was taken to the hospital where they did a cat scan, and found nothing. They simply stitched up my mouth and forehead and sent me off. They claimed the unconscious was mostly alcohol in my system related.

So, still three weeks later, I have a very tender left side of my skull, toward the frontal lobe. To the touch, it feels tender, almost like it's my scalp/hair hurting.

My other which symptom worries me the most is spinning and dizziness, when I move from a laying down position to upright. Every morning since the attack, when I get up from sleep I feel the symptom. It is a slow spinning, like the room is spinning, it only last maybe two to four seconds then it's gone. I can also reproduce the symptom if I put my head between my feet for a long period of time and then quickly raise my head. It seems to be caused by any rapid movement of the head, most likely related to the blood flowing.

Thanks for any help, comments, and suggestions.

I am a male, 24, general good heath. Confused

So the tenderness in my skull is at the location of the coronal suture and further back, following down TOWARD the super temporal line.
