that was my question... i kinda feel that
masterbation is a drug to me... i have to
do it to feel free and relaxed. it surely
tires me out and since i'm a teen i do
this after school.. i find that i can't
concentrate after maturbating and i can't
focus at all. pls help...

Sounds like you should give it a break if
you're doing it to the point of loss of
concentration.
Could you keep it down to once a day, or
maybe twice? What's spurring the arousal?
Do you look at porn? Avoid some things
that spur you on.
