Q: Exercising While Trying to Conceive

I am a pretty active woman. I run about 50-60 miles a week and have been trying to conceive. I have stopped exercising all together in fear of bouncing things around and messing up any chance of conception happening (sounds silly, I know). Can a doctor please tell me if I can keep up with my normal activities while trying and during the first few months?

I am going crazy with no exercise!

im not a doctor but I have heard excessive exersice can make irregular or even stop ovulation/periods and I would consider 50-60 miles a week pretty excessive. But as a general rule moderate exercise if fine, it wont bounce anything around if thats what your worried about Smile But it can effect how your body works if you exercise excessivly.
