Hi, last nigt after I ate an apple, you know when you get that feeling when you eat a large piece of apple and it feels like it goes down your back. Well I felt like something, I don't know if it was a piece of apple or an air bubble, but it felt really strange and felt like it lodged somehow behind my lung at my back, and then it was slightly hard to breath like the pressure was causing slight pain to breath because of this bubble or whatever it was. And the feeling never went away it's still with me now, I couldn't sleep very well and now my neck is sore from the pressure that was built up from the bubble or whatever it was, the pain has not gone away of which I thought it would over night. I don't want to go to the doctors because it's so expensive and I'm in dept like 1300 dollars on my credit card. Can anyone help me, this is really weird. I feel like if I stabbed a sharp knife through my stirnim that I would pop the pressure bubble or whatever it is and everything would go back to normal and my neck wouldn't hurt anymore.

If the apple really ended up in your lungs, you'd instantly start having trouble breathing, not to mention you'd have some serious gagging, just like any other time where something enters your windpipe that shouldn't.

However, this is certainly a concern. I'm only an ambulance attendant, not a doctor, so I'm really not sure what exactly your problem is. Either way though, YOUR HEALTH IS YOUR FIRST PRIORITY! Don't worry about your credit card debt, pardon the way I'm putting this, but it won't matter how much debt you have if something happens to you.

I suggest that you go to your local hospital emergency room to get this checked out.

Wishing you my best,
