I have never had the skin problems associated with SLE and what is going on is probably not even related. I have bumps on the topside of my forarms and a few on my chest. The noticable ones ar red and look like mosquito bites and there are others I can feel but no color. They do not itch. They mostly went away and now are back. I have been in remission for at least 10 years now and according to my panels there are a couple of things a little off but nothing to be alrmed about. Any one ever had problems like this. If they itched at least I would know what to put on them.
