I received a phone call and got the two day a week job!! I am just so happy!!

The job market for people in my field here is just so tight and it's hard even getting your foot in the door. I was seriously getting depressed; I have no fingernails left!! If I didn't get the job, I was considering taking in a few kids full time but I am not very creative. I also worried if I really have what it takes to do that type of job well. It's hard enough with just one child for me.


I will have to go to work when my infant is only about 4 to 5 weeks old but it is only two days a week. I probably wouldn't have been considered if I asked to have my full three months off because it's the beginning of the school year. I found a wonderful patient, creative gifted mommy-type person who will just be great. We have very similar parenting philosophies as well.

Right before I received the phone call, I was going to type a "pity party" thread!!
