I've never heard of that one. Are you supposed to just drink it all the time?
I probably would give it a shot, what harm can it do? If the juice is bitter you can always put a little sweetener in there.

I read that grapefruit helps nutralize the ph of your cm. Some women have hostile cm, and grapefruit just is supposed to normalize the acidity (but not induce ovulation)

I also read that fresh pineapple has enzymes that help with implantation. How this is possible, I'm not sure...but there are so many wives-tales out there, you never know!

So...
Grapefruit juice cd1-ovulation.
Pineapple during your luteal phase.
