hi

my problem is with my middle / upper back. i find this to be rare. seems like no one else has what i have. doctors don't know for sure what is going on.

what i know is that it started after a bike accident. it takes me great effort to hold myself upright and stable because of my mid/upper back. and that when i aggravate my upper back i get much tightness and inflammation and my breathing stays bad and my sleep very bad and i bring on migraines. aggravating my back is easy to do. i no longer write anything or do much that disturbs my upper back. i brush my teeth only twice a week. i eat only soft foods. i don't play guitar anymore. i don't mouse unless it is a laser mouse. i don't push a shopping cart because of the vibrations. etc. if i do things that aggravate my back i suffer too badly.

this has been 19 years! i have done seemingly everything for it without success. anyone have anything at all similar to this?

steve

Questions..
I'm sorry, but I don't have any explanation or any input about your situation.

I was wondering if I could ask you a few questions about your situtation, though, because I'm worried that my fiance might end up with the same severe back pain that you have.

About 3 years ago, he was helping his father move an industrial sized freezer and hurt his back. Ever since he has had sever upper back pain, and the doctors just can't seem to figure out what's going on.
Could you tell me the symptoms you had early on when this first started?

I'd appreciate any information you could give me.

Thanks.

Extremely eHealthy
I have had a back injury years back due to carrying heavy luggage. Anyways I have had to run to doctor because the pain was too much. Since then I had to begun chiropractic care and it has been wonderful. Going steady not missing appts I am now totally pain free. My back has stabilized again which feels so wonderful. It has taken years (about 4 years for me but 2 years ago is when I was diciplined about not missing appts )and now finally I'm okay. I strongly recommend chiropractic care to anyone.
