My 17 yo son work this morning with a high fever. He has a slight headache, his neck his stiff when he trys to put his ear to his shoulder. The thing I am most concerned about he has some upper chest pain when he breathes in deeply. I put my ear to his back and couldn't ear any breath sounds on his lower lungs.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
