Recently hit by a truck while walking across the street. truck was going approx. 35-40 mph. MRI shows partial tear of acl, complete tear or nearly complete tear of the proximal lateral collateral ligament. Abnormality within the medial femoral condyle suggesting bone contusion. Chondral fissuring of the patella medially. My knees both feel as though they are going to give. Going for MRI right knee this evening. What does all of this mean???
