My name is sharvin haghighi saed . I'm 32 years old and currently I live in iran. I'm suffering from mild hearing loss in my both ears and the severity of disease is high in my left ear(i'm wearing hearing aid on my left ear). I'd like to consult you about this incurable disease and figure out whether there is any effective medication for my chronic disease?
In the paragraphs below i'll provide you with detailed information about my previous medical record.

During childhood, I frequently caught cold which was mixed with severe sore throat and high fever and doctors were prescribing antibiotic including high dosage of penicillins and jentamicin . I also would like to mention that at the age of 14 when I was at high school, my left ear were severely damaged by the loud sound produced by a close gun shot during a military training course and it took me about 5 days to hear natural sounds normally. At the age of 25, I was diagnosed as nasal septum deviated which was developed on the left side of my nose. After that, whenever I caught cold or I exposed my forehead to the cold and windy weather, my sinus was severely infected. I was suffering from a dull headache, stuffed up feeling as well as post nasal drip as well as feeling itchy in my ears and doctors usually prescribed high dosage of penicillin such as cefixime and ceftriaxone which was directly injected in to vein. Fortunately, I met a homeopath doctor at the age of 30 and he managed to cure and prevent severe sinus infection however, i'm suffering from some nasal septum deviated's symptoms including stuffed up feeling, post nasal drip, runny nose as well as itchy ears. I also would like to mention that those symptoms get worst particularly when I expose my body to the cold weather during fall and winter seasons.
I can email you my audiogram test, which was carried out 7 month ago, if you need futher inforamtion regarding my chronic case.
I'd be grateful to you if you let me know that if there is any effective treatment available so that i'll be able to make a full recovery from my chronic hearing loss.
In advance, I appreciate your special consideration to my urgent situation.

Yours sincerely
sharvin haghighi saed

I don't know of any medicine that can cure a hearing problem. It just sounds like you hearing got damaged from all of the repeated infection plus from the loud occurence you experienced.
