Hi all

i'm new here and just found out I am 6 weeks pregnant yesturday!

The question I wanted to ask was, I have funny cramp pains and backache in my lower stomach, sometimes strong but not very strong. I am also constipated (nice subject lol) so i'm wondering if the pains are that?

Also I know this will sound weird but I feel heavier to one side (my left) as though I can feel that there is something there, but the right side I can't it just feels normal, so is this normal? Is it the baby?

And one other thing Smile can you take any tablets at all when your pregnant? I suffer from migraines so its a bit hard.

Thanks agian, its my first time so I was just a bit worried.
