Hello
First of all, you need to realise that you
really need help. I mean, REALLY.
Try to cut those urges and actions.. For
exemple, when you feel like throwing up,
just go out for a walk. It will make you
not do that, a least for a while.
Stop doing that for yourself, that is
really necessary..
Get help!

The fact that you posted on here is a
great start. you know you need help so
please go see your doctor and tell them
what you have told us or write it down if
you find it differcult to say the words or
tell a friend so they can support you to
seek help. when i had a issuse with
throwing up my food i really wanted to
tell somebody and ask for help but just
didnt know how to tell them. i wish i had
as although i have pretty much resolved
the purging issue myself and rarely do it
i still got stuff going on in my head that
i cant shift and i don't think that will
ever go. so go seek help and get your life
back on track im sure you wont
regret it

That's so true.
And the last part I totally relate to
myself. I thought I'd be fine, but as soon
as I got heavier, I start feeling bad
again. And so here I am.
But thanks, those are helpful words!
