Have you experience menstrual cramps? Or you can say that you always experiencing this every month?!

For me, every month I am experiencing cramps. And it is really so painful that I sometimes couldn’t do anything for a whole day…That I sometimes fill like I’m going to vomit. Then a friend of mine tells me to take medications, but I just can’t take those, for medications to me are not good. They gave me stomach upsets that make me feel bad. So what I did to relive the pain is that I use Natural Remedy like the Peppermint. And this actually helps in coping the pain caused by my menstruation. Hope this can be a good help for those girls like me who is experiencing this kind of problem.

Remedy for cramps
Here is a very effective home cure for cramps

Add three drops of marjoram, four drops of lavender, and three drops of ginger essential oils to a basin of hot water. Soak a thin cotton dish towel in the water and wring it out. Place the hot, wet towel over your abdomen and cover with a thick, dry towel to retain the heat. Change the hot towel as soon as it begins to cool, replacing it with a fresh hot towel. Continue placing hot compresses over your abdomen for 15 to 30 minutes.

My family in Korea sent me this new product called Happy Q, which does not have any drugs or hormones in it. It is a patch that is supposed to help increase circulation. After trying many products including ibuprofen, birth control pills, etc., I've been happy with this product.

Mentural Cramps?
Hi,

I regularly get quite debilitating period pains on the first/second day of my menstrual cycle and I was wondering whether anyone has any ideas?
What points do you find best to tap (and for general pain)? And in any particular succession?

Thanks Smile
