Q: How to Induce Labor Naturally ?

I am overdue and scheduled for induction on Wednsday and would like somw ways to induce naturally, i am 4 cm dialted 70% effaced and have lost my mucus plug I have tried sexual intercourse and walking any other ideas will be helpful

Another natural form of inducing labor is nipple stimulation. It can be done manually or with electric breastfeeding pump. This stimulation will cause production of the hormone "oxytocin" that causes contractions.
