These are all the times she woke up and I had to get up and either walk with her, rock her, patt her butt, or give her a bottle. I'm keeping a log to figure out why. She slept so light for some reason. she didn't go into a deep sleep until 2.

She slept through the night from 2-4 months and starting waking up at 4 months. Numerous things happened at that time: shots, solid food, teething, ear infection, cold, etc. I don't know maybe the mixture of all that got her into the habit. Last night was the worse by far. I didn't get to sleep until 3.
I refuse to let her cry it out, so I'm reading the no-cry sleep solution for the second time. This time I'm taking it seriously b/c I really want to make a change.
It's just miserable in the meantime.

This may sound weird but try putting your tv on a static channel and turn it up where she can here it (some newer tv's dont have the sound of it). I have always heard that it worked but never believed it till the other day. Amelia was crying from fighting her sleep. I tried it and it worked!! She fell asleep within minutes! Its worth a try! If shes teething, those tablets works wonders and helps babies relax too.

hun i know what you are going through- layla used to wake up literally every hour until she was nearly a year old (it gradually got less but even at a year old it was 4-5 times a night Shocked) coupled with the fact i was pregnant- that was the most tiring year of my life Confused

We discovered that when Ava was only a week old. We use to use the radio on the static channel, then we bought a noise machine. We put it on for her naps and all night long. Thanks for the suggestion though!
