hi i have some lung issues
i get lots of phlem{usually sticky stringy type}
i get fevers once every 3 weeks or so with violent headaches
and a strange back pain behind right lung
im still healthy to work but this illness has stayed with me foe 3 years now
and is really bugging me please help!!!!!
i have been exposed to asbestos in the past and have had scans ect but my doctor says you dont know if you have asbestosis untill later years and then it shows up on scan ..basically when your lungs show up a dark spot on ct san with the mist of asbestos showing .i seem to have all the symptoms cough/phlem/fevers tiredness..i was exposed 10 -15 years ago .
how can i strengthen my lungs and reduce this phlem its driving me nuts!
