Hi, I've recently begun to have sex with my girlfriend, and I believe I have run into the problem of P.E.. However, I'm curious as to whether or not this problem may take care of itself with time and experience, or if I'm going in the right direction by looking for other ways to cure this problem.

I have gotten mixed responses thus far, and am not sure what to do. At the moment, the most reasonable things I have found are mild antidepressants, Kegel exercises, herbal remedies such as the one found at www.last-long.com, and other pills such as the one found at www.stayerect.com

Please advise.

There's a big thread on this in this forum, "Who has severe PE..."

If you're young or new to sex, it's possible you might just grow out of it. So try not to let it get you down, and don't worry about it or think about it when having sex. Talking to your gf about it and letting her know that you care about her pleasure, and you're not doing it on purpose can help. Her response will help you relax and get passed it naturally, without it continuing itself due to stress.

So if you're new, let it pass. If not, join the thread.

I Suppose Not
a real p.e. is rare, most of it was nothing but any doctor's ad.
when i had sex with my ex-gf, i took a year and a half to get
longer. now, i have been in relationship with my 4th gf for ten months,
evey time we were on bed, if i tried to restrain from ejaculation, i can
keep doing for hours and hours...

if you continue having trouble ejaculating prematurely then you can use a technique to hold the sperm back, which gives you less down time.

I read about it and have used it, and it does work.

You basicly exercise the PC muscle. This muscle is the one used to stop peeing, you can feel it right at the bottom of your shaft, once you learn to control this muscle and you are having sex, and ejaculate, you can stimulate this muscle for about 5 to 10 seconds or longer, causing it to hold back the sperm. This allows for a man to have more then one orgasm.

Once you find the muscle and learn to use it, its just a matter of exercise; practice useing it when you get free time, just start with 5 seconds and then go to 10 seconds at a time and so on and so forth.

I don't have PE myself, I just wanted to impress my gf at the time, and you can last as long as you want with this technique

LuNaTIX, are you saying that you clench your PC muscles and it physically prevents the sperm from ejaculating? As in, kinking the hose, so to speak?

I ask because it seems there's conflicting info with PC exercises. Some suggest it actually holds back ejaculation like pinching a hose, and others suggest you gain control over the muscles and relaxing them prevents ejaculation from starting as clenching them pressures the prostate and triggers ejaculation.
