Q: Recommendation good clinics in europe

My sister is 22 and she has suffered from RA for 6 years. I am a medical doctor but as we live in Serbia, I consider that we do not have many experts in the field here, so if you could recommend me a clinic or rheumatoid arthritis centre, or a specialist somewhere in the europe,i would be very grateful!
