I need medical help , no insurance , messed back

i have no insurance, i am suffering from pain and it wont go away i was involved in a accident that messed my back up i have a bulged disk and no doctors will help me with anything for the pain ..physical therapy said i had to much pressure..can anyone help with ideas ..
