Weird Stuff With My Skin

For one thing, one morning I woke up to find bright red(what looked like scratch marks) on my butt and lower back. After a few months they're still there, and are still gross. The skin looks ever so slightly...lowered? there as well. And I don't know how they got there. Also, sometimes I wake up to my chest covered in what looks like red scratches all over. But after a few minutes they face. A few minutes ago I was brushing my teeth I saw what looked like a cat scratch on my shoulder(this was about an hour since I played with my cat) then a few minunutes later after I was done, the "scratch" was gone. What's going on? Please help.
