Propranolol is a non-selective beta blocker used in the treatment of hypertension, angina pectoris, tachyarrythmias, control of tachycardia, etc. Lansoprazole is proton-pump inhibitor. It's use is indicated in treating ulcers of the stomach and duodenum, also called gastroesophageal reflux syndrom. Citalopram is an antidepressive drug from the class of medicines called "selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors", or SSRIs.

The medications you've listed can be combined together. It takes some time, usually several weeks, before the body gets used to medication. The time which it takes for a medication to take effect also depends on the severity of the symptoms and the prescribed dosage.
