Off Nuva Ring Since June 2006 But No Af Posted: 06-01-07 22:38pm
I've been TTCing since December. However,
I've been off NuvaRing since June 2006.
Had AF in June '06(as I usually would
while on the Ring), then AF was much
lighter in July & August.
I started tracking my BBT in December and
thought I ovulated in January but there
was no temp shift and I never got a
period. I went to my GYN in October &
she gave me the progesterone challenge
test. I started bleeding on like day 5 of
the 10 day test. She said that since I
bled that my body was functioning but
"forgot" how to make progesterone on its
own.
So now its June 2007....I've given up
charing BBT cause it just makes me mad.
I'm going back to the GYN in July. Maybe
she'll have more of an answer this time.
(I was on various bc's from 18-15 and I
thought that might be part of why AF is
MIA). Anybody going through anything
similar?

I have never used b/c. & i am 15w 5d
preggie now.
