hi! i have a problem which seems quite complex to me. my brother has a long and serious juvenile history which has caught up with him. homicide at age 15, stealing, moving with the wrong crowd, drugs and hash. about 10 months ago after a run in with the police, he got diagnosed with schizzophrenia. since he has been on medication, things are nearly normal with no juvenile behaviour at all, yet all the people around us, especialy those with any knowledge of the police in our country are insisting that we send him abroad permanantly otherwise the police will cook up charges to put on him in order to extract bribes from us which we cannot afford at all. if this happens, it means 15 years behind bars for my brother. after a lot of hard work, we have been able to secure a work visa for him to work abroad with our family friends yet we are nervous about sending him. u see, he still hasnt taken the responsibility for taking his medicine seriously, we are afraid, what hapens if he has a relapse! on top of that, my mother found out today that he still takes sleeping pills in very high doses. we cant keep him in this country for obvious reasons and we are afraid of what might happen if we send him. can anyone give me advice about what we should do? should we send him or not?
