I have a friend who said that B vitamins help relieve the pressure on the nerve. She said it kept her from getting surgery.

There are different natural and herbal remedies out there that could possibly help you. I was able to avoid surgery and both of my arms are so much better. I used a natural fruit juice. There are definitely things out there that can help.
