Given the symptoms you report ( yellow substance that smells bad), it seems that you may be experiencing trichomoniasis. Trichomoniasis infection is common in women and it's almost always spread through sexual contact. The most symptoms include yellow,or green discharge, foul odor, increased amount of discharge, and itching. You can consult a gynecologist for a correct diagnosis.
