i'm on the birth control patch so most of the time, eventhough it's not safe, my boyfriend ejaculates in me! than i end up leaking and that often is painful. also most of the time i'm swolen either on one side or both, even when we use a condom. its very very painful, especially when i pee after sex! is there anyway i can avoid all the pain, but still have the sex?

If you are on the patch, then it is safe for him to ejaculate inside of you. That's why you use the patch in the first place!

Condoms or bare is not going to affect much the friction you get inside your vagina. It sounds like you're being way too rough.

My advice is to first, give your vagina a week or two to heal... no sex! Masturbation is okay as long as it's not rough. Then, after you're healed, try having slower, gentler sex. Make sure to use a ton of lubrication because it sounds like you're too dry.

Have you always been that way, or does it only happen when a man ejaculates inside of you?

My husband always comes in me as well, and I get irritated from it, though not as severely as you do. I always have to make sure and take a shower or bath the next morning to clean up, and then wear an absorbent panty liner the next day to keep me dry. TMI, I know, but maybe doing something like that could help?

I've actually also heard cases of women being allergic to their partner's semen, but I admit that I don't know much about that.

Also good advice. Very Happy

This happened to me when I was on the ring.... I don't know if it's the same thing, but it didn't go away no matter how much lube I used or how gentle we were Smile . I switched birth control and it was all better.

Birth control can make you dry, and in some cases even lube won't help. I would suggest switching . If that doesn't help, tell your doc. Something could be wrong.
