Have you always been that way, or does it only happen when a man ejaculates inside of you?
My husband always comes in me as well, and I get irritated from it, though not as severely as you do. I always have to make sure and take a shower or bath the next morning to clean up, and then wear an absorbent panty liner the next day to keep me dry. TMI, I know, but maybe doing something like that could help?
I've actually also heard cases of women being allergic to their partner's semen, but I admit that I don't know much about that.

This happened to me when I was on the ring.... I don't know if it's the same thing, but it didn't go away no matter how much lube I used or how gentle we were 
. I switched birth control and it was all better.
Birth control can make you dry, and in some cases even lube won't help. I would suggest switching . If that doesn't help, tell your doc. Something could be wrong.
