I tend to get really sick after i eat certain foods. It sounds so weird but Olive garden pasta (Pasta I make at home doesn't seem to do it), saitan (which is Boiled Wheat Gluten formed to be like faux meat), animal crackers and beer (heinican I know. Liquors I can drink fine but not beers) all do it.

When I get sick I get constipation or diarrhea that I don't normally have, really crippling bad stomach cramps that feel like menstrual cramps, headache, back ache, muscle ache. Starts maybe 30 minutes after I eat and lasts 1-2 hours. Its unbearable. Is there anything I could tell my doctor to help figure out what it is? Other foods cause it but those are the ones I've made notes on, and it makes me afraid to eat Sad

I think you're answering your own question here. What do all those foods have in common? Wheat and/or gluten. Try switching to a gluten free diet and see if it helps. If it does - great!
