I have this pimple like bump on my inner thigh, about 2 inches away from my vagina, and its been there for 2 weeks or so. It hasnt gotten worse and no more have appeared but I am worried. I get checked for std's all the time and I have been sleeping with the same person for almost a year. The doctor looked at it and said we'll keep and eye on it, it doesnt look like a wart because its not hard and doesnt look bumpy or colliflower like. Its soft and flesh colored, like a pimple. Do you guys have an idea of what it is, has it ever happened to you? Or do you think it is a wart? I've never seen any one my bf, but I know they can be spread with out them being visible. And how do I get tested for genital warts? Thank you guys who reply to this!!!

Genital warts don't necessarily have to be cauliflowered. I don't think. They can be smooth and flesh colored. I am not sure how they would test for genital warts. I think by just looking for the warts themselves. I had a lump there that started out like a pimple but got worse daily and turned into a boil!! It was because of an ingrown hair. That can happen if you shave all the way up your legs and thighs. I had to have mine lanced open and drained. Just keep an eye on it, if you get a fever or if the lump gets real sore and red its probably infected.

It sounds like a cycst(sp?) I got them when I was pregnant -- the doctor looked at it and told me a hot bath would help it,it could also be the start of a yeast infection-a yeast infection can also be bumps like a rash

is it big or small...

I get those....At least something that sounds like what you are describing. Are they really small? Like pimples? Cause I get them and know what they are? They are just bumps from razor burn. They tend to stick around for a while and are very hard and painful to pop. Lol. My thighs are sensitive. Thats what it sounds like to me but I never have just one. I usually get a few. It comes from using a dull blade on ur razor or not using shaving gel. Lol. I always forget to start using a new razor. But thats what it kind of sounds like but maybe i'm wrong.....I dunno.

Is it near your pubic hair? If it is it could be an ingrown hair. Or if you recently shaved your bikini line it could be from that. The skin around your vagina is very sensitive! But an ingrown hair would look a lot like a pimple but can take a while do go away.
