I first noticed this last night(tenderness, no redness that i can recall)...then today in the shower i noticed the redness around the site. Went to the local Dr.'s office today and he gave me 10 days worth of antibiotics. At dinner I noticed the redness seemed to have gotten larger.
FACTS:
1.) It looks like a pimple without a head. Just a bump...
2.) When I run my finger across the top of the site it is tender. there is also a solid, small, mass directly under the site.
3.) Unable to squeeze anything out of it(like a pimple) and when I try it hurts like crazy. Similar to squezing a pimple on your upper lip.
4.) I dont recall getting bit by anything.

Please see the pictures of the site in question. Ive drawn around the outside of it to monitor its progression.
We'll see.....
