I have gastric reflux and as of the past few months it has been terrible due to stress. I'm finally home from school and i had just finished my meds and felt so relieved and unstressed and low and behold the pain is back again. I scared myself with pregnancy (even tho i havent been active in 5 months) just because I was so nauseous every day. I even get so nauseous in the car and thats never happened before. By i never seem to vomit. I also have abdominal cramps and now back pain which again are all symptoms of pregnancy. I feel the need to have a bowel movement but when I try it feels like I cant push as hard and barely anything comes out. I take tums to ease the nausea and heartburn and to be honest I havent been eating much because when I do its painful..Its actually painful all day long regardless of eating. They did an H pylori test on me and tested my gall bladder and nothing. Any ideas on what to do or what it could be?
