I have found a small lump (about the size of a dime) on the back of my neck, I have no pain or discomfort from it just the occasional itch, just concerned about what could have caused it..its developed over the last few weeks...sometimes I cant even feel it, (mainly in the morning after waking up) then as the day goes on, I can rub it and feel it.
