Okay, I had outercourse last on April 27th/28th (outercourse meaning mutual masturbation) Im damn well near positive he didnt get sperm on my vagina. I just recently got my period the week of May 15th. I got my usual terrible cramps but instead of having 2 heavy days of bleeding and 2 of light bleeding I had 1 heavy day and 3 light days (By light i dont mean non existant just not heavy). I am a very paranoid person and this wouldnt be the first time i freaked out about something like this. I have gastric reflux as well and its stress related...now its been acting up for the past 2-3 months, I just went off my meds early may before my period. Now i have had stomach pains and nausea since i went off my meds so i dont know if this is morning sickness or just my gastric reflux. I also found out that dyspepsia can be why I have nausea too. My breasts are not sore in the slightest, and theyve always had those white dots on them. Whats bothering me most is my period, and also that I have cramps now. I took a pregnancy test Friday May, 25th at 4:00 in the AM and it was negative. I am also peeing more frequently but i did this to myself when I thought I was pregnant a long time ago. Am i over reacting? what should I do

If you didn't get any sperm in your vagina, how on earth could you possibly be pregnant? You aren't. Relax.
