Q: Blood + spotting : symptoms of miscarriage ?

could i have had amiscarriage? i spotted 2 weeks before i went to family doctor and was spotting then as well came on brighter and not as normal as my regular but it was a week late i went to doctor on may 21st. now i have no blood or spotting at all but still having all symptoms but vomiting
