Q: Lump Near Left Hip Bone ??

I just recently noticed a small lump under myskin near my left hip bone, it is a little tender, so thats why i noticed it. . .?

I will be going to the docotor, but does anyone know what it could be ??

hi i went to the dr, and they took a xr, of my hip and lower back, the resolts, are artritis, and also she say about the bone island, I SHOULD BE WORRY????, because my family have a colon cancer, almost everyone!!!!!!, could be related???, thanks, im going to take a scan of my bones this week.
