Recently I have been developing stretch marks on various parts of my body (though I am anything but overweight), and have no idea what could be causing them other than working out. Still, though I am gaining muscle tissue, they seem to be excessive in size. Could this be related to skin cancer?

I have never heard of a link between stretch marks and skin cancer. If you are worried, however, you could show them to your doctor.
