Q: Unexplained Numbness In Left Arm

Last night around 6 pm my left arm started to feel like it was falling asleep. I soon realized that this feeling was not going away, It lasted all night and still this morning feels the same way. I have not had any sort of chest pain or pressure though.

Yesterday morning my doctor informed me that I have high blood pressure, 160/90, which is high for someone my age(20).

Should I be concerned about a possible heart problem.
