It depends on what state or country you are in. In some parts of the usa, the age of consent for sex is 16, so it would be totally legal. In many states though, the age is 17 or even 18.

It's a little convoluted, but I think it's legal for an 18 year old male to have sex with a 16 year old female.

For us it's legal for anyone over the age of 16, male or female.

Actually, I think that it is 16 to 24. After that is pushing it. My stepsister was 16 her baby's father (not around) was 36 or 37 the same age as our dad.

Age of consent is 14 in Canada.... ...except if it is prostitution or if there is a relationship of authority or dependency - then the age is 18.
