Q: Has Anyone Else Heard of This?

A while ago a friend told me about a form of alternative medicine. I've forgot what he called it, but he abreviated it as AP-therapy, or something like that.
Anyway, the idea was that you could treat minor aches and pains by choosing some object that appealed to you (he talked about finding something with the right vibrations, I'm not sure if I'm prepared to believe in that). Then you should hold that object to your ear, and wait until you felt synched with it. After that you should hold it against whatever body part was hurting. Then the pain would go away, he said.
Has anyone else heard of this, or could refer me to some site about it? Does it really work? Could someone try it?

Try Goji
It the vibration thing doesn't work for you...try goji berry juice. Not only has it helped with my cronic pains but I also now sleep like a baby. Do some reading for yourself

I believe that everything is on a vibrational level. I have not heard anything of what you are talking about, however it does intrigue me and I would definately try it. If it works for you great! If not move on to the next thing.

There are many alternatives out there. I came accros this one I thought was interesting---dealing with sound waves.
