I am 30 year old mail, married and leading a normal life. I have only one testical since birth, Can there be any complications due to it if yes then what can be done to avoid them.

The only complications to be a male with one testicle is that you clearly aren't going to produce quite as much sperm as a male with two testicles. But you will still be able to masturbate, ejaculate, give pleasure to a woman and impregnate her. I don't think you'll face any problems.
