Secondly, you probably have pearly penile paupules. We get this question all the time; I wish the guys on here would look through some of the older posts!

Pearly penile papules was the first thing that I thought of too when I was reading it, but the picture does not look like any pearly papules that I have seen, and they are usually around the head of the penis rather than scattered around the shaft.

I doubt it is caused by not washing well enough. I would ask your doctor about it just to be safe though.

I didn't look at the picture as I have no desire to see some anonymous male's penis, especially when I have no way of knowing his age. Considering he can't spell "enough", I'm guessing he's not over 18, and that makes the picture illegal.

I have seen pictures of a condition that had white bumps going down the shaft as well, and it was not serious. Of course, I always advise a doctor when one is available.

I am going to try and build up the courage to go to the GUM clinic to see whats wrong. So any advice before I go? Because im pretty scared!
