Q: Two Things Have Helped My Lower Back Pain

I have had lower back pain for over twenty years. The only two things that I found that helped on a regular basis was doing 20 reps daily on the "ab lounger" which I bought at walmart for under $100. That helped quite a bit. When I start making and drinking Kombucha tea everyday I noticed my morning stiffness was gone after about a week and about a week later the residual pain in my lower back also disappeared. The best starter culture that I found for my tea is emperors best at spam link under $40. So for $140 and a little effort my back pain is gone. Hope it helps!
