Masturbate however you want. People do it differently, and there is no one correct way to do it. Most people just use their hand in one way or another to stimulate their genitals until they have an orgasm. So if you want to, you can explore a bit and see what works for you.
In my opinion, sex does not really feel like anything else, so it is difficult for me to describe it or compare it to anything.

Ok, but I hear that you pee cum, I only have a few drips. Is there any reason for this. And anything for my second question.

Masturbation normally involves the boy/man wrapping his hand around his penis and moving it up and down the shaft. This should, in general, feel good.
As for sex, you are too young to have sex, especially if you've never masturbated before. You have far too much to learn about birth control and pregnancy, and your own body. Wait untily you finish puberty for god's sake.
As for how much semen you produce, that's going to vary for a while and will probably increase.
You don't actually know how much semen you will ejaculate when you orgasm because you said you've never masturbated before!! Those few drops you see are probably pre-cum. Also, you do not "pee" semen (semen is the scientific name for "cum" in case you were wondering). You ejaculate it. It does come from the penis, but it does not come from your bladder, thus it isn't pee. Yes, it shoots out in fully mature men, but in a young boy your age who has just hit puberty, it may drip or ooze. You may not produce a lot of semen at first.
