Hey, i'm new here, I just found this website off of google. I have a question though. I'm 16, 21 weeks pregnant. I have been having terrible headaches and very sore muscles for the past two weeks, almost daily. i've also been having really bad dreams. These two things may be completely unrelated, but I've tried everything... warm washcloths, massages, anything I can to relieve the pain. I haven't asked my ob yet, but do you all know if there is any safe pain medication I can take during pregnancy? Thanks for your help.

Tylenol is considered safe for pregnancy. I would personally take two regular-strength tylenol and see if your headaches improve. If they don't, graduate up to extra-strength. Talk to your obgyn if your headaches don't improve - they might have more suggestions.

Thanks for your help. I've just been completely miserable in one way or another this whole pregnancy. It'll be nice to hopefully get some relief.
