Extremely eHealthy
Have you had your thyroid checked. A thyroid condition can cause heart palpitations.

You're spitting blood?!!! Can't say I've ever heard that as a sympomt. How much and how often. Irregular heart beating is a common symptom, but that blood thing sounds strange to me.

also have crazy random muscle spasms all over my body
as well as the messed up heart patterns or the fast racing heart
which would wake me up out of a dead sleep

the blood thing has subsided since i cut out all refined sugar and pasta/bread
it was a small amount ,maybe twice a day
not after brushing teeth

Hmmm, strange but obviously solved. Perhaps your gums or something was getting irritated, almost like an allergic reaction. Muscle spasms are also common.

Hmmm.

I have a condition of the central nervous system, and I know a lot of people with CNS problems can have problems with muscle spasms and palpitations. (but not with spitting blood).

You may need to see a neurologist.

Vegetarian diet & hypoglycemia
I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia in the early 60s. In the 70s through the 90s I was a total vegetarian, and began having a variety of symptoms including arrhythmia. I am now on medication for atrial fibrillation which I never had until after 20 years of being a vegetarian. I am now on a low fat diet which does include some white meat, but the heart condition persists.

While suffering the worse hypoglycemic episodes and on an high carb diet I had terrible wasted gum which bled like as if they were cut. I would taste blood in my mouth in the morning and when I eventually spit there was lot of blood. When I checked my mouth in the mirror the gums were dark red and the teeth were all covered in blood. Since following a low carb diet and keeping blood sugar as stable as possible my gums have turned pink, they don't hurt or bleed and they're growing back where they started receeding.
