I'm 15 and I'm about 2-2 1/2 months pregnant and I was on my dads health insurance but he's leaving his job to another one out of state so I wont have any and I can't pay for doctors visits or anything and neither can the dad, I live in Tucson, AZ, are there and options for doctors visits or anything that can help me with this?

Go to the health department, they should be able to get you on some kind of assistance.

medicare. If your under 21 (well in the state of california) and are pregnant and or living with your parents then you would be eligable although im sure it differs from state to state. research medicare.
