AFTER TAKING A Birth COntrol shot can u get ur period while the shots still in ur system? because my girlfreind did and she thinks shes pregnant

Yes. The shot does not automatically make your period stop. Many women have a lot of bleeding during the first few months on the shot.

.in most instances if you have received your period you are not pregnant. .if she is worried then she should take a test to be certain but I highly doubt that she is.

It will taker her body a while to get used to the hormones in her body and in the mean time their can be bleeding, often referred to as breakthrough bleeding. .this is a common side-effect of birth-control but if she is worry about it she can contact her gyno and ask about her symptoms.
